I came upon them and are a great shoe, it was a good choice for my foot type and running style (narrow heel, arch,) a little over pronation. I found them for 2 years. Then I went to Brooks adrenaline was so good to me and a little cheaper. Best go to the store, specializing in track and field to ensure that their shoes for your foot type, style of running, walking, etc. immediatetly should feel happy when running. Both types of shoes have been recommended and provided for me in a shop in the economy and has worked for me.

Both Nirvana and Mizuno Inspire (cheaper than the Nirvana) are impressive stability running shoes. I recommend it. Nirvana is the cooler, but both feel at ease.
Like the other poster, I also run in Brooks Adrenaline, but was not as durable or comfortable than the Mizuno. He began with Conni City Puma II, which is about the same as Brooks Adrenaline, if it helps.
If you are not sure what type of foot (how, as pronation), then you should definitely go to a store that specializes in running and ready.
